Zapier integration
Leap + Zapier: route every answered call to any app you already use.
Zapier is Leap's native automation hub. Every call Leap answers can trigger a workflow in thousands of apps, from CRMs to spreadsheets to Slack, with no code required.
Leap connects natively to Zapier, which links more than 5,000 business apps. Every call Leap answers can trigger a Zap: push caller data to a CRM, create a job ticket, post to Slack, or add a row to a spreadsheet. Setup takes minutes and no code.
5,000+. Leap call data routes to more than 5,000 apps via Zapier, including CRMs, spreadsheets, and field service platforms.
Native hub. Zapier is Leap's built-in automation hub, the fastest path from answered call to any downstream tool your business uses.
Zero code. Setting up a Leap-to-Zapier workflow takes minutes in the Zapier editor, with no developer work or API keys.
Every call. Each answered call produces a caller name, phone number, transcript, and AI summary that Zapier can push anywhere.
Real triggers. Zaps fire the moment a call ends, so records appear in your tools without manual data entry.
5 min. The Zapier connection is part of Leap's five-minute setup and requires no developer access.
What can you build with Leap and Zapier?
Zapier connects Leap call outcomes to every tool your business already uses. When a call ends, a Zap can push the caller's name, phone number, transcript, and AI-written summary anywhere, from a CRM record to a Google Sheet row to a Slack message.
The most common Zaps: create a Jobber or HouseCall Pro lead from every answered call, log calls to a Google Sheet, notify your team in Slack when a high-intent caller comes in, and add callers to an email list after a call.
CRM records
Create a new lead or contact in HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other CRM the moment a call ends.
Field service tickets
Open a new Jobber, HouseCall Pro, or ServiceTitan job automatically from every answered call.
Team alerts
Post a Slack message or send an email with call details the moment a caller hangs up.
Spreadsheet logs
Append every call to a Google Sheet or Airtable base for tracking, reporting, or follow-up queues.
How does Leap send call data through Zapier?
Leap exposes call events in Zapier. When a call ends, Leap sends the caller's name (if captured during the call), phone number, call duration, transcript, and AI-written summary. Each of these fields is mappable to any destination app.
You pick the trigger, typically Call Completed, and map the fields in the Zapier editor. No webhooks to configure manually, no API keys to manage on your end.
How to set up a Leap Zap
Go to Zapier, create a new Zap, and search for Leap as the trigger app. Connect your Leap account, choose the call event, and then pick your destination app. Map the fields and turn the Zap on.
You can run as many Zaps from one Leap account as you need. One to log calls to a spreadsheet, another to create CRM leads, another to alert your team. Each is independent.

Frequently asked questions
What apps can I connect to Leap through Zapier?
Zapier connects to more than 5,000 apps. Common connections from Leap include HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, Slack, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp.
What call data does Leap send through Zapier?
Leap sends the caller's name (if captured during the call), phone number, call duration, full transcript, and AI-written call summary. All fields are mappable in the Zapier editor.
Is Zapier required to connect Leap to other tools?
For most third-party apps, yes. Zapier is Leap's native automation hub. Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar connect directly. Everything else connects through Zapier.
Is the Zapier integration built in or do I build it from scratch?
Zapier publishes templates for common Leap workflows. You can also build your own Zap by selecting Leap as the trigger and any destination app as the action. No developer work required.
Can I create multiple Zaps from one Leap account?
Yes. You can run as many Zaps as needed: one to log calls to a spreadsheet, another to create CRM contacts, and another to notify your team in Slack. Each Zap runs independently.
How quickly does a Zap fire after a call ends?
Zapier typically delivers the trigger within seconds to a few minutes of the call ending. Delivery speed depends on your Zapier plan tier.
Does the Zapier integration cost extra?
No. Zapier is Leap's native hub and the connection is included in the $149-a-month founding rate, which covers the first 100 calls answered. You will need a separate Zapier account, which has its own pricing.
What happens if a Zap fails?
Zapier logs all Zap runs and errors in your Zapier dashboard, and failed Zaps can be replayed. Leap's call logs are stored separately, so you never lose call data when a Zap fails.
Does Zapier pick up after-hours and weekend calls from Leap?
Yes. Leap answers calls around the clock, and every answered call, including overnight and weekend calls, fires the same Zap triggers.
