2.Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when:

  • you subscribe to or pay for our services;

  • you use our website builder, hosting, or AI phone receptionist services;
  • you are an employee, contractor, representative, customer, caller, website visitor, or end user of one of our business customers and interact with services powered by Leap.

In some cases, Leap processes information on behalf of our business customers. For example, if a business uses Leap’s AI phone receptionist to answer its calls, or uses Leap to host its website, that business may determine what information is collected and how it is used. In those situations, the business customer is responsible for providing any legally required privacy notices and obtaining any required consents from its own customers, callers, employees, contractors, and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy policy of any business that uses Leap’s services.

3.1Account and Contact Information

5.AI Processing

Our services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, speech-to-text, natural language processing, and related technologies to provide features such as call answering, call summarization, call routing, message generation, website content assistance, and business workflow automation.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Business customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and determining whether they are appropriate for use.

We may use Customer Content, call data, transcripts, usage data, and related information to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services. Where required by contract or law, we will process such data according to applicable restrictions.

6.How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients.

6.1Service Providers and Vendors

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate our business, including:

  • configuring the services in a lawful and appropriate manner.

Unless we expressly agree in writing, the services are not intended to process protected health information, highly sensitive personal data, children’s data, or regulated financial information.
