How to send weekend calls to Leap
Leap answers the calls forwarded to it; the timing comes from your phone. Some owners forward every call on Friday evening with their carrier's every-call code and switch back on Monday morning. Others leave ring-first on all week so any unanswered call reaches Leap.
Office phone systems such as RingCentral, Nextiva or a cable provider's call scheduler can forward on a weekly schedule set in that system. Leap itself has no weekend switch to remember.

How do I make Leap answer only on weekends?
Leap answers whatever your line forwards to it. Dial your carrier's every-call forwarding code on Friday and the off code on Monday, or set a weekly forwarding schedule in your office phone system if it has one.
Is there an extra charge for weekend calls?
No. Leap is $149 a month, first 100 calls included, then $0.99 a call, whichever day the calls arrive.
Can Leap book appointments on a Saturday?
With Google Calendar connected it can book open time on the call. Otherwise it takes an appointment request with the caller's preferred time, and the caller gets a text saying it reached your office.
What if a weekend caller has an emergency?
Leap gives the emergency contact you have approved, takes the details and marks the message urgent so it reaches your team right away. For anything life-threatening it tells the caller to call emergency services.
Can Leap transfer weekend calls to my cell?
Live transfer is off by default and only runs during your office hours. On a weekend when you're closed, Leap takes a message and can send it to you as urgent.
Will weekend callers hear that we're closed?
You can turn on an after-hours greeting that says the office is closed and offers to take a message. It follows the hours you set in Leap.
Where do weekend calls show up?
In the Leap inbox with the recording, transcript, summary and follow-up status, and in the texts or emails you chose. A batched digest email is also an option.
