About Leap AI
A front office that lets owners stay with the work.
Leap Intelligence, LLC builds an AI phone receptionist for small businesses that need every caller answered without adding another full-time desk.
What Leap AI does
Leap AI builds phone receptionists for small businesses in the United States. A business owner provides a website, reviews the hours, services, prices, and policies Leap extracts, then forwards an existing business number. Leap answers calls in the business’s name, responds from that approved knowledge, captures booking requests, and sends follow-up messages.
Every answered call produces a searchable record with the recording, transcript, summary, caller intent, and follow-up status. Owners can correct a fact, answer a new caller question, or change routing rules from the same web dashboard. The product is designed for owner-operated teams that need reliable coverage without a long implementation project.
Why Leap exists
Small-business owners often have to choose between serving the customer in front of them and answering the phone. Leap exists to remove that tradeoff. The receptionist can cover every call, after-hours calls, or overflow only, while the owner decides which situations should transfer to a person.
Leap Intelligence, LLC operates Leap AI from Marlboro, New Jersey. The company focuses on practical front-office work: answering consistently, keeping business information current, preserving a record of each conversation, and helping owners respond while a caller still intends to buy or book.

How Leap is offered
Leap is a month-to-month subscription for US small businesses. The current founding offer is $149/month, including the first 100 answered calls and then $0.99 per additional call, with no setup fee or long-term contract. Businesses can build and test a receptionist before activating paid phone coverage.
Leap is not an emergency service and should not be used for medical triage, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis response. Businesses remain responsible for their customer notices, call-recording consent, and the accuracy of the information they approve for callers.
