Leap Alerts SMS Terms

Leap Alerts sends texts about a business’s own Leap account to that business’s owners and staff, including:

• alerts about calls answered by the business’s Leap receptionist;
• urgent escalations from those calls;
• notices of new website-form submissions and text replies;
• daily or weekly summaries of the business’s calls and messages; and
• one-time verification codes to confirm a phone number.

Leap Alerts does not send marketing or promotional messages, and it does not send texts to a business’s patients or customers.

Leap Alerts goes only to owners and staff of a Leap business who add their own mobile number in the Leap app and verify it by entering the code we text to that number. Verifying the number is your consent to receive Leap Alerts at it.

Message frequency varies with your business’s call and message volume: about one message per call or form, plus at most one summary per day.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Reply STOP to any Leap Alerts message to opt out. You will receive no further Leap Alerts at that number unless you opt in again.
